Fluid Coffee Bar in downtown Denver bills itself as a "sophisticated, innovative and stimulating place to meet, work and relax." The coffee shop provides flexible meeting space that companies, nonprofits, community groups -- you name it -- can rent by the hour. Working on a short deadline and tight budget, Red27 built the digital linchpin of Fluid Meeting Spaces's offering: an online calendaring system that lets customers reserve meeting space and share meeting details.

We integrated the SuperSaas calendaring system into the site, which was built using Ruby on Rails. Because of our skilled, deep API integration of both digital platforms, Fluid Meeting Space customers don't need to log in to multiple systems to review space availability, reserve meeting times, pay rental fees or share event details on Twitter, Facebook or via email. It's also worth noting that the site's content is built on the Refinery content management system, allowing Fluid Coffee Bar and the site's designer, Hero Design Studio, to add and edit content and view information about the site's users.

This site is in a great position to grow as the needs of its users change and increase.
